Welcome to Sprakes & Sons Ltd, Established since 1973 as a family run business, was originally based in Liverpool. In 1980 the company moved to Widnes to our second premises, as SPRAKES grew very rapidly in size the premises soon became too small to work from. The final move came in 1987 to our existing site where we are still based.

 

About Us

 

The work force now has grown to a thirteen man strong team, expertise ranging from drivers to service engineers. Also dealing in parts, second hand and new parts for all models of trucks and vans.

We are a full service commercial repair facility.

Our services include nearly all maintenance procedures and repairs, ranging from simple oil changes to complete engine, transmission, or differential re-manufacture on almost any make and models

We also deal in parts, both second hand and new, for all models of trucks & vans. We have 28 trailers, ranging from Box Vans to 40ft trailers, SPRAKES has the truck or trailer to meet every demand and job; running 8, 38 tonne 6 wheel units, for company's such as P.O, ELI-LILLY, Brian O'conners, D.F.D.S.

 

Also available: Sprakes has a very reliable breakdown service for light vehicles to heavy haulage.
